RTCC meaning for ( Remote Tap Changing Control ). This usage for some place maintain constant Voltage, when voltage reduce that time automatic change for Tap in the transformer. we are give to VT voltage secondary as per given to AVR ( Automatic Voltage Regulator ), Relay. AVR give to bead back to tap changer motors.
