Regarding period end closing, Ideally we can open and close the period at month end and month started for reporting purpose. reporting like P&L and balance sheets reports.
at month, as per the business requirement the reporting days started from the day 31 of every month and next month day of 4th days it means the end users reporting these days..
once reporting is done, TL will close the periods in OB52 and open the next month period.
