Party is nothing but a person or an entity.
If a party P purchase a product from an Organization A, then the party P becomes customer to Organization A.
By data at tables, A Party will have data only at HZ_PARTIES tables. But Customer have data in HZ_PARTIES, HZ_CUST_ACCOUNTS, HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES_ALL, HZ_CUST_SITE_USES_ALL, HZ_LOCATIONS, HZ_RELATIONSHIPS, HZ_CONTACT_POINTS
