1m3 of dry concrete = 1.54m3 of wet concrete
Concrete work to be done=100×1.54=154m3
Cement=(1/(1+2+4))×154=22m3
Wkt, density of cement=1440kg/m3
Mass of cement=1440×22=31680kg
No of cement bags= 31680/50=634bags of cement required
