why do create Firefighters and ffids service type user?
Answer Posted / rahul
Firefighter are nothing but normal end user(Dialogue users)
FFID are created as service users- As it is used to switch between the system (GRC>>PLUG IN SYS)
and to do the required task after FFID mapped to user.
user enter GRAC_SPM/GRAC_EAM transaction once after the FFID mapped.. then Systems will automatically switched to back end system(ECC/BW/FIN Etc..,) from GRC system.
