By using an eight bit divider we get
11.0592Mhz / 128 = 86400
and Day is (24 * 60 * 60 second ) equal to 86400
By using an eight bit divider and divider to 10 like 4017 we get 86400 from 1.8432Mhz
by using these to Xtal (11.0592,1.8432) we get the standard baud rates
