first to check Base line Signal to Noise by injecting 6 replicate injection of Blank, after getting a S/N ratio and maximum peak area of major peak observed in blank then make serial dilution method to check the response of peak at particular lambda max.when signal is achived at three times blank baseline signal.the relationship between the blank, the limit of detection (LOD), and the limit of quantification (LOQ) by showing the probability density function for normally distributed measurements at the blank, at the LOD defined as 3 * standard deviation of the blank, and at the LOQ defined as 10 * standard deviation of the blank.
