How to calculate the current carrying capacity of sized
cables, and there is any formula. please send to
'than.achu@yahoo.com'
Answer Posted / raj patel
as you know size/thickness of cable in mm
then Area = 2*pi*(thickness/2)^2
multiple area with density of that material used for conductor like copper, aluminium
so current carrying capacity I = Area*density of material
