I want to join bpo because this industry will provide me stable and good career opportunity where fresher are also welcomed.. BPO is only industry that pays well for hard-work and incentives we earn is another benefit. I have seen my friends getting into higher designation with this industry within Stipulated time. BPO gives good exposure to interact with customers which makes us customer's centric which is root for the business to grow.
