One day when I'm working out in gym I saw one uncle cycling in a wrong way, i.e, instead of holding the handle he kept his hands on his thighs.If he continue doing in such way his hard work will be of no use and also he will get more pains.So I went near him and showed him how to do it correctly.Actually this is the very recent situation happened in my life.
