types of scrap
1- assembly scrap
increasing the assembly % in prod.order consequently increasing its components
maintain it in MRP1
2-component scrap
one component loss of QTY during production that's require increasing its QTY.you maintain this in item details in BOM and in MRP4 view
3-operation scrap
during an operation, there was a loss of QTY that require the operation scrap. you maintain it in BOM item details with check NET ID that indicates the QTY loss and also in a routine that indicates the activity loss
