In "Enterprise structure", we defined employee groups and employee subgroups. In this step, we must assign one of the following statuses to those employee groups and employee subgroups:
Activity status: 1=Active Employee, 2=Retiree, 9=others etc
Employment status: 1=Hourly paid worker, 2=Salaried employee, 9=others
Education and training status: 1=Trainee, 2=Trained, 9=others
