1. I woke up early morning at 7am and followed the daily routine like as fresh and Took tea.
2. I went for running about 2hrs and came back to home.
3. I had bath.
4. then I had ate food.
5. spent some time on internet like as fb WhatsApp and checked the emails.
6. then after I went for grocery shopping.
7. then I came back to my room at 6pm and prepared dinner & I had ate my dinner and cleaned the pots then after I slept at 11pm.
