For DC HIPOT = 1.414*(2E+1)
E=33/1.73=19.07
DC Hipot = 1.414*(2*19.07+1)
55.34kv approx 56Kv

I have a small system with two motors that are running on 380 vac, 60 hz. These motors are expensive and I usally get them from Brazil.
