help me how to get the duplicate refusal letter from the Uk

I want to ask u a question. i had applied for study visa of UK in 2008 from Pakistan and my visa was been refused. I received visa refusal letter but i lost it. 1569984 was my visa application number (dated 15.07.2008).
I applied study visa in Ireland (application No. 26095932) but unfortunately my visa was refused (dated 20.09.2016 to 26.09.2016) and visa officer ask about the {{{ VR:- Previous UK Visa refusal – no documentation submitted in respect of this}}}.

I submitted a visa application for my dependent child however, I did forgot to attach the passport photograph to the application what will happen will they kick it back or will give me time to send the photo?

I have recently got married, and my husband is on Tier (1) General from October 2007. I have mistaken submitted a form VAF-4A (settlement visa) instead of VAF-10 (Tier 1 DAependant). I filled the application online, and since am not planning to work, so i choose settlement rather the work in the type of visa section. I have submitted my application on the 3rd of August in Cairo, Egypt, and it has just arrived the visa section yesterday. Can you please let me know what can be done? Can I fill another application form, and submit it at the visa section or do i have to apply from scratch and pay the whole fees again?

Hi I've got a work permit to UK which is stamped (visa) in the year 2009 march. Due to some reason I have not travelled so far(2010 march). I had an application in one of the agency in UK through online the Croydon-jobs.com or apply@londonjobsonline.com and they said they got an employer for me but they don't mentioned the name of the employer,they ask me to submit tne ff.requirements 1.Personal Identification Number 2.Curriculum Vitae 3.Application form for obtaining work permit 4.Motivation letter and they said all these requirements should only be done by the authorize agency in UK in completing this documents.
