P.Q.C is actually rigid pavement or plain cement concrete pavement which means there is no reinforcement in this type of pavement, but nominal reinforcement may use in it,
wearing surface of P.Q.C is plain cement concrete pavement,
materials for P.Q.C are:
cement
coarse aggregate
fine aggregate
