i have planned for fall 2010.. i wl complete my btech by the mid may.. and results wl b released by june.. is der any compulsory dat we should attend to visa aftr completing final ear.. ? r else we can attend before completing the final year..? plzz help... me.. already i have completing my total processing and i got admit also..

Hi all, my F-1 visa request was rejected two years ago (December 2008) and now I will try for the second and last time on January 7,2011. Previously my brother, who lives in the U.S.A, was my sponsor but this time I'm self sponsored and changed my university. Last time the VO said "You are going to work with your brother" and rejected my visa. So the possible questions for my visa will be as follows and please give me some possible answers. Thank you! HI im currently a third year engineering student.
