Bpo is a outsourcing process which we can interact with both domestic and international personnels, so we can share, understand and gain global knowledge.Easily we can communicate and expand our communication skill. Itz an easiest mode to give our individual output and express our own thoughts and ideas which may be helpful to our organisation.we can get better pay too if we do our best for our concern. Mainly we can get good friends and good higher officials too here.Easily our way of speech will b changed and will be in a good manner .

I have,on an average spent 2.5 years in every company that I have worked for. Only this time I am planing to move out in 6 months. I am being asked the same question in every interview, as to why I am leaving so soon. I cant tell them that I do not like the current company that I am working for.
