On answering the question, " why should we hire you" it's better to say the good qualities you have and the moment that you've had used it at work in tough times. Plus your skill sets that match the position that you're applying for. If you're hardworking tell it how have you become like that, be specific with your answers. If you're analytical then when was the moment you have to face a difficult situation? And so on.
