how to calibret load cell?
Answer Posted / penumatsa manikumar
First we have to check load cell resistance , voltage and sensor + Excitation - Excitation ,+ Signal - Signal, + sensor -sensor. we should check all connections at PSB board and terminal outputs. for example some load cells getting resit is 485 +or- 10 and some load getting 845 +or- 10. So voltage also 5v or 24v. note resistance consistent. If not getting in +or- below resistance that load cell OK.above getting that to be check . Then put weight and check calibration zero or span as per requirement.
