Performa invoice is an invoice which is sent before the commercial invoice. It include full info. about the product what seller sales to buyer. This Invoice send to buyer for knowing him about the product.
commercial invoice is one which is sent after the material/consign. Received by the buyer for taking the payment which we already taught him earlier n performa invoice.
