Real power = active power+ reactive power.
KW=KVA+ KVAR
In any closed circuit( single phase) nutral required because to carry reactive power to star connection.
With out neutral the circuit will not complete.
Phase means which carry some voltage to load device.
And neutral means which carry's zero voltage.
There is a voltage high voltage fluctuations occured in
Line when neutral will cut.
