What is SAS Information Map Studio and its purpose ?
Answer Posted / venu murala
SAS Information Maps provides the bridge between your data warehouse and the business users who build reports and analyses from that data.
SAS InfoMap is used to subset the data and where we can apply Filters (Simple, Compound & Identity Driven Filters), Prompts (Static & Dynamic).
The SAS AMO, EG, WRS, Dashboard and IDP read the InfoMap metadata to provide a business user view of the data for reporting and analysis.
The SAS Metadata Server manages the metadata and provides Row-Level-Security.
