difference between business view n technical view?

Depends on the context. This is what rings bell for me. The SAP User Menu. If it given the text of the TCODE eg: Create Vendor, Payment Proposal is is a business view. If it shows only TCODEs MK01(Create Vendor), F110(Payment Proposal)then it is called the technical view.
