while i am saving GR in MIGO, the system is asking that "the control area is not assingned to company code xxx" Please suggest me the answer.

First Create Controlling ARea for Company Code and Assign Controlling Area to Company Code and Assign from Enduser Controlling Area also Hope You Will Not Get that Error again.
