I've 47'-6" x 89'-6" of flat RCC Slab 12mm dia 8" c/c. Please calculate the total weight of slab, weight of steel, and how much dead load it contains. Thanks
Answer Posted / mashx69
Total area = 47.5*89.5=4251.25 sqft
Convrt it into sqm (1sqft=.0929sqm)
425* .0929=394.5sqm
Let's take 395sqm
Assume depth of slab be 100mm
395*(100/1000) = 39.5cum
DL of slab =2500*39.5=98750kg
