Entering into HR Profession is a most respected, preferred job for everyone because, through this we can interaction with all the candidates and through interaction we can judge and can hire the right candidate for the suitable post. Its also a well defined profession in learning a Team Work,Punctuality, Realism etc.Basically the role of HR is of a Administrator.
