How to calculate the quantity of cement,sand,aggregate for the area L*B*T
are 15.24 m*21.36m*0.12m in the ratio 1:2:4
can any ine explain in detail by using formulas.

mixed grade 1:2:4(cement:sand:aggregate)
sum=1+2+4=7
volume of concrete=15.24*21.36*0.12=39.06cum
requirment of cement=(1/7)*39.06=5.58cum
requirment of sand=(2/7)*39.06=11.16cum
requirment of aggregate=(4/7)*39.06=22.32
you can check right or wrong by =5.58+11.16+22.32=39.06cum
so right
