Pro forma invoice is a written statement sent by the seller to the buyer days prior to the original delivery.It describes the goods and in some cases requests for advance payments from the buyer.
commercial invoice(original invoice) is a sales document sent in conjunction with the wants that describes the goods or services to be rendered.
