At genpact(Techsupport) the interviewer on call asked me to
start a situational conversation with a stranger requiring
some help at a departmental store/railway station/mall
etc...how should i do that.

Firstly i would like to understand the situation and then i will prompt the person to do himself while i direct him and i maximum see to satisfy him by giving his correct information...
