what is procedure to find the volume of material in M20
concrete?
Answer Posted / ashok sakhare
M20 ratio is 1:1.5:3
(i)Total motor wet = 1+1.5+3= 5.5
(a) Volume of aggregate = 35.5*1.57= 0.856m3 Dry motor/ Cum
(b) volume of sand =1.5/5.5*1.57= 0.3
428m3/ Cum ( Dry motor)
(c) volume of cement =1/5.5*1.57 =( Dry cement) 0.285m3*1440=399 kg.
399/50kg= 7.99bags/Cum
(note: 1.57 for 1m3 Dry motor)
