For Kernel Version we need to download 5 files from sap market place :
a.SAPEXE.SAR
b.SAPEXEDB.SAR
c.IGSEXE.SAR
d.IGSHELPER.SAR
e.DBATL.SAR
where as for Kernel Patch Upgrade we need to download 2 files
a.SAPEXE.SAR
b.SAPEXEDB.SAR
