what is the difference between earth and unearth cable?

Earth cable used in earth system and Unearth cable used in unearth system. Unearth cable insulation thickness more than earth cable since unearth cable used in high voltage stress side. Basic difference between earth and unearth cable is thickness of insulation and voltage between earth and phase is equal.
