What would u do if u come across a bug...report it.....but
the programmer is in a diff location ( say u in India n he
is USA)..and he keeps accepting its a bug?

1) Describe the issue fully , if possible please attach the error screen shot.
2) Give him the Team Viewer details of your system.
3) Tell him to access your system.
4) After accessing , you need show him the flow , like when exactly u getting that error. Execute the test case one more time in front of him.
5) Tell him to open the log file.
6) After generating the error , immediately error will display in his system like where exactly it is affecting, if he opens the log file.
