In simple terms we can say,profile options changes the behaviour of the application.
The profile option can be set at below 4 levels
1)site
2)application
3)responsibility
4)user
User has the highest precedence over responsibility, application and site.

HI, once we create the standard invoice then we can get journal entry item expense a/c-dr to liability a.c then item it will reflect through inventory, but liability a/c . it will reflect from GL , it is possible .
