if user enters a tcode how the system knows what action should be done ?
Answer Posted / abhishek
When you enter a tcode, following activities happen at the backend :
1] If the tcode exist in the system or not. This is done by comparing the table entries in the table TSTC.
2] If the tcode is locked for the user or not [SM01]
3] If all the above the two conditions are right, then it checks if the user is authorized for the tcode or not. It's checked under Auth Object - S_TCODE, Fld = TCD.
The user must have an authorization with a value for the selected transaction code.
