shutdown abort: it will not wait for the user transactions to complete,and all users are immediatly terminiated.uncommitted
transactions are not rolled backup, instance recovery will be performed in the next start up.
shutdown immediate; it will wait for the user transactions to complete.uncommited transactions are rolled back.users are logged out immediately.
