1. WBS
2. Sequence the activities based upon the dependencies (mandatory/discrete)
3. Chart out the CPS
4. Understand & Agree the Business timeline
5. No. of Resources to be allocated post approval from business/Senior Management
6. If the deployed strength can meet the Business timeline then derive a schedule on MS Project/other organizational tool
Else derive a realistic schedule considering the no. of resources and communicate and agree further
