Refer Manufacturer coordination chart for required rating and model of MCCB.
There is a thumb-rule though. Convert KW to HP (KW/0.75), multiply it by 1.5 gives you the rated current. Multiply it by 1.5 for breaker value.

In Power Line Communication (PLC) the wave trap is used to block communication signals from entering neighboring lines.
