The NIC is failed in Cluster configuration. what is state of service group.whether NIC resource probed,if so how many times probed?

,,,,,, my answer is right or wrong
.............. If criticality for resource is setto zero then fail over not possible.If it is set to one then failover possible. the service group state may be partial.
