Area Business Manager is actually a pyramid to his team. His first and foremost duty is to drop down the interest of performing the responsibilities of his medical reps by their own. Secondly he should be more focused in demonstrating the procedures of getting the results to his representatives when he is on the field. Moreover, he Should always be more focused to improve his indirect customers by applying his direct customers in a decorous way.
If he ensures all said above then there will be no extra need to understand job of an Area Business Manager.
