. Log on to Unix/Linux OS level, then switch user to <SID>adm.
# su - <sid>adm
Directory: /home/</sid><sid>adm
2. Type saposcol command for available commands list.
<sidadm> saposcol

* Usage: saposcol -l: Start OS Collector
* saposcol -k: Stop OS Collector

3. To stop, run saposcol -k.
