Infogrp : Its set of infotype for running a personnel actions. Infogrp is accessed while performing personnel actions.
IGMOD: infogrp modifier. Its used when you want to use the same personnel action for all PA but slight deviation for another PA. Then with the help of IGMOD we can achieve.
