The default role and responsilbility of a area manager is to achieve budget, but the most important role is the coaching and development of the associates they have. Strong business analysis & business acumen help to identify and explore the key strengths and need of associates. Apart from this delegation of work is also very important responsibility for the development od associates. Morever Giving feedback, recritment,Negotiation are other important responsibilities as a Area Manager. ,
