What if when physical count differs from system count?

Answer Posted / sandeep raja

Physical Count : physical count is done for twice or single time in a year, the word physically says it is done counting at inventory's and check with system whether the count is matching or not. here no schedule count option availble. physical count mainly done for the external purpose/Audit.

Cycle count : it is done for internal audit purpose, cycle count can be done for diff schedule from weekly to monthly etc. by doing counting process we can know the qty difference in system and inv.
