Each unit as in each flat 5kw ?? That would be 250kw for 50 flats.
250kw into 1.8 would be total current = 450amps
Cable sizing Acc to Dubai STDs for 450amps would be
2runs x 4C 150sq.mm Cu + 1C 150sq.mm ECC
Transformer sizing u need to take into account 20-25% future use efficiency of t/f and diversity factor
So for 250kw it would be 250x1.2x.8/.9 nearly 300kva transformer.
