How can we create regular dimensions & measure dimensions?

In framework manager we have to create one layer/view/namespace i.e DMR Namespace
in that we can create 2 type of dim that have regular & measure
regular:goto actions -->regular dimention or else right click on dmr namespace -->goto regular dimention
create hierarchies ,define levels,give the business key * member key options
For example : country ,State,City levels from geographical hirarchy
Measure:Its having only measure values & fact information
need to follow this process, right click on dmr-->goto measure dimention & Just drag & drop the measure what ever you need based on your requirement
Give the scope relationship between both of them
