Area manager is responsible for the team's sales, products knowledge, territory knowledge etc, he should make them implement company's strategy to achieve the company's objectives, need to understand the problem and has to resolve it, motivate, monitoring and supervising and coaching them is prime responsibility, brand builder and customer relationship builder, good in negotiations, need to always explore new territories, handling and monitoring primary and secondary sales, need to build good relationship with stockists and chemist and off course with the doctor s,
