Plc- plc is a microprocessor/microcontroller based centralized controller which is devloped to perform sequential as well as discrete sequntial logic in industry environment for incresing productivity, redusing cost and incresing safty. 
Rtu- rtu is stand for Remote telementry/terminal unit. It is microprocessor controlled electronic device that interface object in the physical world to a DCS or SCADA system by transmitting telementry data to a master system.
