Why Dyn11 Transformer is selected for distribution transformer?

Since Distribution, LT requires neutral, hence star winding.
As already one winding is star, the other one i.e, HT will be in delta(to provide path for 3 rd harmonics). Now 11 is the standard phase angle for vectors for easy connection.
